Lakefront Estates is a bit of paradise located in the heart of Tennessee. It is uniquely located on Watts Bar Lake, one of the more than 18 major lakes and dams throughout Tennessee. Watts Bar is situated in the Tennessee Valley between the great Smoky Mountains and the Cumberland Plateau. Residents enjoy views of both the glorious mountains and the plateau with the Smoky Mountain sunrises in the East and Plateau sunsets in the West. The lake system not only offers all of the enjoyments of lake living such as boating and fishing, but also is a navigable lake for shipping and barge transports as well as a power generating dam system.
